independent project, and a human reads what comes in.

## One address for everything

Write to [hello@peppolstatus.com](mailto:hello@peppolstatus.com) for general questions
and for support. It is the fastest way to reach the people who build and run
PeppolStatus, and it is monitored during European business hours.

PeppolStatus monitors the Peppol network independently, so if you have spotted something
that looks wrong — a host we are misreporting, a participant record that is stale, or an
incident we have missed — we genuinely want to hear about it. Corrections make the public
record better for everyone who relies on it.

## Reasons to get in touch

- **Outage reports** — seeing a problem on the network we have not flagged? Tell us which host or endpoint, and what you observed.
- **Data corrections** — a wrong verdict, a stale participant record, or a host we should be watching — send the detail and we will look.
- **Partnership & press** — working with the Peppol network and want to talk, or writing about it and need context? Reach out.
- **API questions** — building on the public API? Ask us anything, and see the developer resources for the reference and spec.

Everything PeppolStatus measures is available through a public, read-only REST API at
[api.peppolstatus.com](https://api.peppolstatus.com). The interactive reference, OpenAPI
3.1 specification, authentication guide, and quickstart are all collected on the
[developer resources](https://peppolstatus.com/developers/) page — start there if your
question is about the API.

## Who builds this

PeppolStatus is built by the engineers at [e-invoice.be](https://e-invoice.be), who
operate a Peppol access point of their own and believe infrastructure this critical
deserves public measurement. It is not run, endorsed, or funded by OpenPeppol or any
Peppol authority.
