Are you already monitoring my access point?

Almost certainly. Discovery is automatic from the public SMP and SML layer — the fleet covers 1,284 endpoints today, and no sign-up is required to be measured. If your endpoint resolves on the network, it is already being checked.

Can we cite your data to customers and in RFPs?

Yes. The record is independent and the measurements of your own endpoints are yours to reference — in RFPs, enterprise due diligence, and conversations with your Peppol Authority.

How do you decide something is down?

Repeated confirmation from multiple regions and a probe quorum before any verdict, with layered checks so a single DNS wobble or one bad network path is not called an outage.
