### Are you already monitoring my access point?

Almost certainly. Discovery is automatic from the public SMP and SML layer — the fleet
covers 1,284 endpoints today, and no sign-up is required to be measured. If your
endpoint resolves on the network, it is already being checked.

### Can we cite your data to customers and in RFPs?

Yes. The record is independent and the measurements of your own endpoints are yours to
reference — in RFPs, enterprise due diligence, and conversations with your Peppol
Authority.

### How do you decide something is down?

Repeated confirmation from multiple regions and a probe quorum before any verdict,
with layered checks so a single DNS wobble or one bad network path is not called an
outage.
