Almost certainly. Discovery is automatic from the public SMP and SML layer — the fleet covers 1,284 endpoints today, and no sign-up is required to be measured. If your endpoint resolves on the network, it is already being checked.

Yes. The record is independent and the measurements of your own endpoints are yours to reference — in RFPs, enterprise due diligence, and conversations with your Peppol Authority.
