EDICOM SAS vs Tickstar
Two Peppol operators that a buyer in United States is plausibly choosing between, measured the same way at the same moment. These are measurements, not a recommendation — they say what each operator reaches and how reliably it answers, and nothing about price, support or fit.

How to read it
What these numbers do and do not say
- Participants served is reach, not quality. It counts the identifiers we can attribute to each operator from SMP publication. A specialist with a tenth of the participants may be the better fit for your document types or your ERP.
- Uptime is outside-in. We probe each operator's published Peppol hosts from several locations every few minutes and require agreement before calling anything down. We cannot see either operator's internal queues, support response or onboarding time.
- Read incidents beside uptime. One long outage and a dozen brief ones can produce the same percentage and mean very different things for a business that invoices daily.
- Both columns are one snapshot. They were read from the same build, so neither operator is being compared against a staler reading of the other.

FAQ
EDICOM SAS vs Tickstar: common questions
Which is bigger, EDICOM SAS or Tickstar?
Tickstar, measured by the participants we can attribute to each operator across the whole network: 1,079,396 against 37,535. Inside United States the order is EDICOM SAS first (#1 of 30 operators there) and Tickstar behind it. Size is a fact about reach, not about fit: the smaller operator is often the specialist.
Is EDICOM SAS or Tickstar more reliable?
Over the last 30 days our probes measured 99.99% for EDICOM SAS (0 incidents) and 99.99% for Tickstar (1 incident). Read the incident counts beside the percentages: a single long outage and a dozen short ones can produce the same figure and mean very different things for you.
Is this a recommendation?
No. This page reports measurements — participants served, market position, uptime, incidents, certification — and nothing else. It cannot see price, contract terms, support quality, the ERP connectors you need, or whether either operator will answer the phone at month end. We are also not neutral about being neutral: we publish these numbers the same way for every operator, whether or not they are a customer of ours. Use the numbers to build a shortlist, then talk to both.
This comparison exists because the two operators are adjacent in the
United States market, which is how every pairing on this site is
chosen — never every possible combination. The URL is
/compare/edicom-sas-vs-tickstar/ in alphabetical order, so one
comparison has exactly one address.
