Yes. Falco's Peppol traffic runs on Horus's certified access point — Falco does not hold a Peppol certificate of its own, and it does not need one.
How we know Vendor documentation
Horus Software's own site carries Falco among its products and says a Peppol identity is obtained from an approved access point "such as Horus" — and Horus does hold its own certificate, listed in our provider directory, so the operator it names is one we measure directly. Source

How do I find my Peppol ID?
Your Peppol ID is not something Falco invents for you. It is your own company number, written behind a four-digit ISO 6523 prefix that says which national register the number comes from: in Belgium that prefix is 0208 for the KBO/BCE enterprise number, or 9925 for the VAT number.
Build yours, then look it up in the Peppol Directory — if it resolves, you are registered and reachable; if it does not, you are not on the network yet, whatever any dashboard says. The prefixes for every market are in the table there.
