Your Peppol ID is not something Moneybird invents for you. It is your own company number, written behind a four-digit ISO 6523 prefix that says which national register the number comes from: in Netherlands that prefix is 0106 for the KvK number, or 9944 for the VAT number, or 0190 for the OIN (government organisations).
Build yours, then look it up in the Peppol Directory — if it resolves, you are registered and reachable; if it does not, you are not on the network yet, whatever any dashboard says. The prefixes for every market are in the table there.
